Role Description
This is not a traditional administrative role.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional to serve as the CEO’s strategic right hand. You’ll oversee business operations, executive support, marketing operations, client experience, technology, and project management while ensuring the successful execution of our firm’s strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong business operations and process improvement experience
- Project and program management experience
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Financial or professional services experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Required Technical Experience
Candidates must have technical experience with the following platforms and be comfortable using them independently.
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel) – REQUIRED. Applicants should be comfortable managing CRM pipelines, workflows, automations, calendars, forms, landing pages, websites, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, reporting, and client communications.
- Google Workspace – Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Google Meet.
- Google Meet – Scheduling, hosting, and coordinating client meetings and webinars.
- Canva
- Microsoft Office
- DocuSign
- Project management software such as Trello, or similar.
Preferred
- Wealthbox or another financial services CRM.
- Orion Advisor Technology or similar portfolio management software.
- ChatGPT and AI productivity tools.
- Meta Business Suite.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Campaign Manager.
- Basic video editing.
- Beehiiv
- Basic website editing.

Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation of $45–$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This position also offers opportunities for performance-based bonuses as the company grows.
Expected Commitment:
Approximately 20–30 hours per week initially, with the opportunity for increased hours and a long-term leadership role as the company continues to grow.
